Instructions how to use Simple Magazine

Previously, I want to say thank you for you, who deign to use this template. I just wanted to just share with you what I have. After reading the Terms of Service (TOS) from this template, here I give the use of procedures or instructions which some widgets or accessories included with this template.

Header Image

The most appropriate image size for images and logos on this template is 480 x 60 px. If you do not want to use a picture or logo in the header, this template also provides enough space for writing your blog header and description. While the column beside the logo on the right position, there is space for banners or adsense with a size of 468 x 60.

Horizontal Navigation

For horizontal navigation facilities, this template has two navigation menu which is right at the bottom of the column header. Both the navigation menu is made in the form of simple but still look elegant. To use it, please open a tab to edit html section of your template (you do not have to expand). After that, locate the following code menupic and menupic2. Replace the code # with your link url address, along with the name of an existing link desired.

Sidebar Columns

This sidebar column template I provide fourth pieces. One of for post column, and tree sidebar for widget. Sidebar column with size, 300 px wide and two for 160 px wide. And the footer column, this template have 3 widget column with 300 px wide for all.

Adsense Formats

To answer the needs of businesses in the online world, I am trying to adapt the shape and size of the adsense on this template. There are several columns that are suitable for adsense, namely: adsense 468x60 px in the top corner, 300 x 250 px and 160 x 600 px adsense for sidebar column.

Last, for widget section below the post area, put your feed there. Starting feed with secont post. Simple way, just open your page tab, and add feed widget with this code http://yourblogname.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default/?start-index=2. Save your template and see result.

Privacy policy is a legal document that expresses several provisions or how to use something. Although no universal guidelines for the content of specific privacy policy, a number of the person or organization to provide specific privacy policy on goods or services offered.

So it is with the provision or how to use this template. I as the owner of a template to provide a privacy policy that you should cherish and respect. For me as a maker feels comfortable. Likewise with you, who can use this template without any problems in future.

Terms of Use

First, you are not permitted to sell this template to others, without my knowledge. Selling this template to another person or a third party, means a violation of copyright. For that, you will be responsible for those actions.

Second, you are not permitted to remove the credit link at the bottom section of this template. remove or replace the credit link, as did not appreciate my efforts and hard work to make this template. if you still do it, then it is also included in the offense of copyright.

Third, after you see a live demo of this template, you are required to leave a comment, either an input or criticism you to the template. this is very useful for me to do the development and manufacture of the template that much better in the future.

Introducing Blogger Android App

Have you ever wanted to write up a quick blog post on the go? Now there is an easy way to do this on your Android phone! We are excited to announce our first version of the Blogger Android App. Using the app you can easily compose a post, attach a photo that you just took with your phone, and either save it as a local draft for later or immediately publish it to your blog. If you are an Android user, you can start using the Blogger app today by downloading it for free from the Android Market.

Feature highlights :

Multiple accounts and blogs : You can easily switch between different accounts and blogs that you have author rights to. Simply choose your account and blog and you are all set to go.

Write and save/publish : You can write a post, assign labels, and then either save it as a draft or immediately publish it. Saving as draft is handy if you need to wait until you have Internet connectivity.

Photos from camera and gallery : If you see something interesting, you can take a photo directly from the app and include it in the blog post. You can also browse your gallery to include the ones you like.

Sharing to Blogger from gallery or browser : Blogger is one of the available sharing options. If you come across a photo in the gallery, or a website while browsing, you can share the content to the Blogger app directly from the sharing menu.

Share location : You can share your location by activating the location bar and selecting the correct location. This information will be included in your post.

View saved/published posts : By switching to the List View, you can view all your drafts and published posts that you wrote using the app. By performing a long-press on a published post you can invoke a menu that includes the option to view your post in a browser.

A couple of months back we introduced Web Fonts to Blogger in Draft. Today we’re excited to not only launch Web Fonts to ALL Blogger users, but also announce we’ve added an additional 35 fonts to the mix, for a grand total of 77 fonts!

And for those of you interested in fonts for non-latin alphabets such as Cyrillic, Greek and Khmer, we have those too!

Ready to give it a try for yourself? Simply go into the Advanced tab of the Blogger Template Designer for your blog, select the type of text you’d like to change (Post Title, Blog Title, etc.) and click on any of the new Web Fonts for a preview. Don’t worry, nothing will change on your blog until you select “Apply to Blog”, and this means you can play around with all of the fonts and only make the switch when you’re ready.

A blog is a personal diary. A daily pulpit. A collaborative space. A political soapbox. A breaking-news outlet. A collection of links. Your own private thoughts. Memos to the world.

Your blog is whatever you want it to be. There are millions of them, in all shapes and sizes, and there are no real rules.

In simple terms, a blog is a web site, where you write stuff on an ongoing basis. New stuff shows up at the top, so your visitors can read what's new. Then they comment on it or link to it or email you. Or not.

Since Blogger was launched in 1999, blogs have reshaped the web, impacted politics, shaken up journalism, and enabled millions of people to have a voice and connect with others.
